The max capacity is 160 guests. If the guest count exceeds 160 people, your event may be shut down due to a violation of The Enchanted Hourglass rules and regulations. 

We will thoroughly inspect the venue after your event to ensure we don't have to repair any damage. You can expect the security deposit in 3-7 business days depending on your bank.  

Yes, our event space is fully accessible for people with disabilities. We have wheelchair ramps, accessible restrooms, and other accommodations.

 Yes. You or your event planner may provide catering and decor. 

Yes, alcohol is permitted at The Enchanted Hourglass, but it must be served by a licensed and insured bartender.

🔹 No problem! You can hire one through us to ensure compliance with our venue policies.

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans to make booking your event easier. A 35% retainer is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance can be paid in installments. Everything must be paid in full 60 days before your event.
